XBRTags B.V. ("XBRTags", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of clients, prospective clients and website visitors, in line with the GDPR (AVG) and applicable Dutch data protection law.

Data we collect

We collect contact details submitted via our quote request forms, and the financial documents you send us for XBRL tagging. All documents are transferred and stored using TLS 1.3 encryption on EU-based infrastructure.

How we use your data

Client documents are used solely to prepare your XBRL filing and are never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose. Contact details are used to respond to quote requests and manage your engagement.

Retention

Client documents are retained only for the agreed engagement period and destroyed thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Certifications

XBRTags is ISO 27001 certified for information security management and ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management. Every specialist signs a confidentiality agreement.

Your rights
